Eligibility for Return & Refund:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or wrong item received.
  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The product must be:
    • Unused & unwashed
    • In original packaging with all tags and labels intact

Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund:

  • Customized or tailored items
  • Sale/discounted items
  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items
  • Items returned after 48 hours of delivery

  3. Once approved, we will schedule a return pickup (wherever serviceable)
  4. After receiving and inspecting the product, we’ll process your refund

💳 Refund Method:

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days
  • For COD orders, refund will be done via UPI/Bank Transfer (details will be collected after approval)
