- In original packaging with all tags and labels intact

- Customized or tailored items
- Sale/discounted items
- Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items
- Items returned after 48 hours of delivery

- Once approved, we will schedule a return pickup (wherever serviceable)

- Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days
- For COD orders, refund will be done via UPI/Bank Transfer (details will be collected after approval)
